Seriously, no big deal. I wasn't offended. Just thought it was funny. I could totally be a 300 pound, 60 year old woman. I'm not but.... gotta love the internet.

No worries man.

Why do you have a need for her to post pictures of herself in it? If it was a guy asking for mod suggestions, would you be asking him for a photo of himself in it???

What did she say that gives you the indication she sounds hot? That's classy...

Anyhow, to the OP, sorry for taking your thread on a tangent here. Hopefully you will continue to get good suggestions on mods for your car.
Thanks - it's all good.

X5M exhaust

Can anyone suggest an exhaust for 2011 X5M? Black wheels?

Some of you need to relax. He wasn't being disrespectful. It seemed like more of a joke than anything. Put your stupid bible down and stop being such a prude.

I mean the black strip above the wheel. If you look at the M Sport package in the 2011's they are body color as they are on the X5M. The colour does not go on the wheel well liner but it does extend an inch or so - unfortunately as others have posted the grommets that hold them in place are black so on a white car they look odd. On the positive side very few people should be looking up at the wheel arch (unless they have just been run over and then the grommets are the least of their worries).

I want to look into painting the grommets on mine. The black on white is quite noticeable from some angles cheapens the look.

You know what? Mine already has that modification from the factory. I got the tinting done today and I'll take a post pics tomorrow. My car looks like the one you posted (at least from the side). I like the black on gray. Looks sporty to me.

btw, I saw a X5M being delivered off the truck today - dark blue, loaded with a $92K sticker. She was BEAUTIFUL.

That don't look cheap to me! I kinda like the bolt look there. Is that weird?

Here is the aerokit from the front.

Going back for another look at this beauty. I see what you're saying now. You don't care for the black wheel arch and would paint it space gray. me likey the black arch so it's all good. Thanks!

p.s. is this your car?
