Should i purchase any of the extras at signing?

When my vehicle comes in, and I finalize everything does anyone recommend purchasing any of the extras? Like tire insurance? the 2 year warranty extension ect?

If so, are the prices negotiable. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

The vehicle is a 2011 x5 sport activity.

haha whats up fellow sick tracker...lol. I'm not sure when the car is going to be ready.On the tracking website it is still at the box called scheduled for production, so who knows how long its gonna take. I just want to get it already so i can tint the windows and change out the head light bulbs. lol.

I got the extended warranty and the tire insurance. Tire insurance is for 5 years and my buddy who has a 7 series has had 3 new tires this year alone. I got mine for 1K. The extended warranty I got at a reduced price of $1895 because I had a horrible experience with the sales department and they gave me the extended warranty "at cost."

Not sure about the tires but definitely get the extended warranty but you have time. You're already covered for 3 or 50K but.... if they'll give you the warranty NOW, at a discount then go for it!

Do you happen to know what they charge normally for the extended insurance? I think I should try and get it because Im guessing a lot of the stuff will start going on the vehicle between year 5 and 6 lol.

Well, you already get 3 and you can only get the extended for 2 so you can only get a total of 5 years of service warranty. I believe the regular cost of the warranty is around $2800.00. Try to get at least $500 knocked off. My dealer originally went to $2300 and I said it was unacceptable considering the shitastic sales experience I had so they gave it to me at what they said "was cost" $1895.
