Need Help might buy 01 X5 4.4

So I'm looking at purchasing this loaded 01 4.4 for 14K. It has 97k on it, and a clean carfax, was a lease vehicle for 2 years in hollywood, then was purchased again in 2003, and that owner had it till 72k still in Cali, then somebody purchased it in Washington St. then it looks like a repo. looks like it had all the recall services done, no major accidents or repairs. I was just curious bout the engines, trannys, running gear, electrical etc, any info would be great I would hate to buy my wife a POS, please dont ignore my post, any help would be great, It's Black w/sand interior and it has Nav. and the chrome sport wheels.

If its for your wife, dont buy it. Get her something reliable. Maybe a lexus or acura. The x5 needs a lot of attention.
