New Baby!
So, Its taken me some time to post a pic of the new member. Though i was very upset with the transport company after the blew out the rear air spring. Though I have been doing some travel lately, I am enjoying driving it around. So my takes so far.
- No place for my sunglasses. - As everyone has mention, The sound from the engine is not adequate. - Like the automatic high beams. This is a big one. - Need radar detector! It took me 3 hours to get a ticket. I was looking down at the instrument panel not paying attention on how fast I was going. 70 on a 55. So much fun to drive on sports mode! Will get better pics later.. |

Awesome. I just picked mine up Saturday. I've found myself throwing my sunglasses in the door.
Need to hardwire my Valentine this weekend though it's almost useless in my state because it's all laser. I'll be fitting it with laser jammers at some point this winter. I think the engine is a little noisey (not in a good way) and im good with the volume of the exhaust on acceleration... Just wished it had more grunt to it instead of sounding like a small prop plane. I'm having and issue getting a comfortable seat position. I like the steering wheel to be lower than what this offers but then my seats up higher than I like to be. Ill figure it out one day. All in all, i'm very happy with my purchase. Just bought a Velos tune yesterday (took me all of 48 hours). |

Dr Duct_,
I read your thread. I bought mine unseen. I got it from a dealer in Wisconsin. I did have a third party check it out. Here is a link to the all the pics.. I believe you were looking for the black piano interior. I was able to get it. Mine has 47K and got it for $40K. http://www.cargurus.com/Cars/l-Used-...ting=117829934 I am not ready for the velos yet. I will get the windows tinted, might get the wheels powder coated. As for the sound, I used to have a '06 M5 and the sound from the v-10 was nice. |

1- No dedicated place for a PHONE either... Unless you want it to flop around in the drink holder. My glasses go in door also.
2- You must not have gotten the 50? 3- I too am impressed with the auto high-beams. I figured I would try them once and decide I could do much better manually. Used them once on a trip to the inlaws (out in the boonies) and if you just let them do their job, they are quite brilliant (pun intended). They could go back on to high a bit quicker after a car passes, but no big deal.
