with 22s with these offsets fit nicely ?!?

Bolt Pattern is 5x120, 9.5 in the front +32 offset and 10.5 in the rear +35 offset

for e70 x5m

would it fit nicely ? or need spacers to sit flush on a lowered x5m

thank you in advance wheel gurus

Those widths are a bit narrow for that application.

Spacers can make them flush, but I still think they are too narrow for an X5 (especially an X5M). As a comparison, our OEM wheels are 20x10 front and 20x11 rears. My BBS SVs are a full inch wider on both ends. The reason that the wheels you are looking at are narrower is likely because they are not TUV rated or strong enough for use on heavier vehicles.

I have similar offsets and run 22x12 rear 22x10 fronts and also run 12mm spacers to be fully flush. You're going to need a lot of spacer.
