My tow hook cover got stolen a few weeks ago. I can't seem to find the exact model online, can someone help ?

Doubt it got stolen as I had the same thing happen when visiting my buddies ranch and driving on a dirt road on his property the cover rattled and fell off. I found it later when driving back down the road the next day.
