E70 35i - cant get 02 sensor to read "complete"
Hi, 2013 E70 35i SAV - was running VRSF catless and MHD stage 2. However since I live in this great state of CA, I have to pass smog. Therefore I installed my cats back on and re-flashed to stage 1 and checked "OEM catted DP". I've been driving the car the past few weeks and have gotten all the sensors to turn on. The only sensor that's giving me issues is the 02 sensor, as it still reads "incomplete".
I'm showing no fault codes when I run a scan and the car drives perfect. I've also tried to go through the "drive cycles" 2-3 times. Read that my sensor could be bad, but it should read a fault code and I'm not showing anything. Anyone have any suggestions of how to get 02 sensor to read "complete" and therefore pass smog? |

I'm sure your stage 1 tune is tuning out the O2 sensor (happened to me). Since you've installed the stock downpipes, you should flash the car back to stock and then drive it for a while. The O2 sensor should show as a ready with the stock tune.

Flashed back to stock, went for a few drives and all sensors read Ready...besides the o2. Question.....should o2 take a while to kick on? Or should it be pretty quick and be in line with the other sensors? Because if this is the case, I would think I need to replace my o2 sensors. I am at almost 90k, so I wouldn't rule it out.
