E Brake issue

Hi all, I have had this 2010 48i for 6 months and loving it. One issue I have is that every time I park the car, back to P gear, e brake on, let go of the brake, stop the engine. about 2 seconds after that, the car made a small movement. I thought it a "brake change" from normal brake to e brake. Does everybody have this and what exactly was it doing there? Thanks!

get same thing. 2011 35d.
Sometimes this happens:
1. Open the door, close, start the car. Car running for couple minutes, waiting for wife.
2. Wife opens passenger door, car moves 2 inches forward.
