X5 M Fluid Change Types and Quantities

Hello,

I'm looking to change all the fluids for a 2010 X5 M. Engine oil, Trans, Rear Diff, Front Diff and or transfer case? Im not sure what it all has. Brake fluid and coolant. Brake fluid looks dark and the coolant Im not sure if that needs to be changed or not, but would appreciate the kind I need of each along with the amounts I need.

I found information on oil change but nothing else.
