BMW X5 50i X-pipe & Resonator upgrade

Thought I would share this for anyone with a 50i. After I added downpipes, the exhaust note changed and would sound "out of tune", a strange resonance at certain RPM's that drove me nuts and made the truck sound strange.

After playing around with several configs (Tried without resonators at first, sounded horrible), I found that the 3" x 16" Race resonators up on Amazon in combination with a 3" X-pipe sounds awesome with the stock muffler. Cold Start is louder but that is due to the downpipes, idle and part throttle cruise are only very slightly louder. Love the sound at full throttle now inside and outside the truck. I swear it seems faster now but will get some data from my draggy first to compare before making that claim.
