Does it work on any door handle or just the front doors?

On my M3, it works on both doors. So I'm assuming it all works for all!

I don't think it works on the rear doors.

yep just got my x last night. now i know why the comfort access cost $1K as compared with $500 on my ///m. more doors i guess.

Yes, on the X5 CA works on all five doors. I used to think it was a silly option, and never had it on my previous BMWs, but have found it to be quite convinient. Amazes me how it knows who's driving when my wife and I are both in the car and both have our key with us....

ALL door handles, both front, both rear AND hatch.
