iPhone

I plugged my iPhone into the USB to play my music and it comes up not compatible? I just purchased my 2011 X5 xdrive 3.5i. Is I compatible with a regular MP3 player?

Thanks

Which USB cable are you using?

I'm using an oem cable and it works fine.

Which iphone are you using and are you sure your cable is the BMW OEM cable...it should have 2 plugs on one end, USB and AUX.

Sometimes you may have to power recycle your iPhone by keeping your finger on home and power buttons together until you see the apple logo reappear then release the buttons...I had same issue about a week ago... It should then recognize your iPhone
