What's with the "news" topics lately? Sending a message that we're all douche bags and can't drive? Mods, great promotional skills. Reminds me it's time to leave this forum if this is what's viewed as important these days.

People just don't learn that correcting a slide (which many can do) and holding a slide are two different things.

He actually didn't lift at all. If your foot is to the floor the whole time you're eventually going to rotate the other way, especially at those low speeds. He should have gradually went off the throttle to straighten out, but the guy is an idiot for even doing this on public roads in the first place.

E9x M > Mustang at C&C wrecks. Everyone knows the Mustang is only faster in a straight line - which this, clearly, is not.

I have to confess... I like to do that for 90 degree corners too... A dab of the throttle then catch the slide with some opposite lock... I'm not sure how to tell you to do it such that the thing in the vid won't happen... But I go by feel only... And I haven't had that happened to me ???

Have all the "professional" M3 drivers chimed in and stated their thoughts and analysis of the afore mentioned video?

...because if they haven't, they should.
