Supersprint X6M / X5M Exhaust Release!

Great news guys. In conjunction with Italy finishing up the final fitment checks for the X5 M Tips we are rolling out special pricing on the first production run of the new X6M/X5M Mufflers and their corresponding tips. Both vehicles utilize the same rear muffler canister however the tips are unique to either the X6 or X5.

The tips will be Quad 90mm "Rolled Lip" design and production of both part numbers will be completed in 2 weeks.

We have a VERY limited number of these setups available so if you are interested please pm me for pricing!

Also, Italy has promised pictures and sound clips from their final fitment checks on the X5M so I should have those for every in the next few days.

Hmmm. I don't like the design to be honest. The oem has 4 pipes coming directly off its muffler section as well as all the pipes traveling all in one direction.

I don't see how this one can be better. Firstly the pipes exit at right angles, instead of 4 pipes you get 2, and then another right angle introduced when you attach the tips.

The whole design looks very restrictive and more so than oem.

Thanks for the feedback!

I believe you're referring to the actual tip piping and its bends. The tips themselves have very very little impact on the performance of the exhaust system, the main restrictions are found in the piping leading to the rear muffler, and the rear muffler itself. I'd be surprised if there was any change at all if the truck was dyno'd back to back with the tips installed, and the tips removed to be totally honest with you.
