Uneven tire wear
Hello forums. I have to replace my tires soon, and have noticed that the inner part of the tires(towards the inside of the car) have worn out considerably worse than the outer part, which seem to be fine for wear. Anybody have an explanation for this? Could it be because of the thrust bushing wearing out too? I have 47k miles on the car.

you need your car checked for its suspension alignments.. probably your toe is set wrong..
and by the way a pic might make things more clear to understand.. Last edited by yco; 03-26-2018 at 04:54 PM.. |

I had similar issue but only on one side. Turns out the thrust bushing on the problem side was worn out. Had it replaced and realigned when I replaced the tires. That was at 38K miles, now at 55K the other side is showing similar issue so I guess I have to get that fixed as well.
