How to remove map lights?

I've changed out my entire interior to white led bulbs except for the map lights cause I just cant seem to get them out. Any tips or a guide to get them out easily? I've tried tweezers but it didn't work. It doesn't really bother me since they don't come on when you open your doors but it would be nice to get them all switched out since I already have the bulbs. Thanks in advance for the help.

If i remember correctly i used the ECS tuning website. LEDInteriorLightsBMWE70X5.pdf They have a PDF on how to remove each bulb on the E70. Should be the same on the E71. Hope this helps.
