2011 X5d window guides rubber issues

I got a brand new 2011 X5d 6/11 build and I was wondering if anybody else have noticed the top rubber seals on the rear windows being crooked and wavy instead of flat when the windows are close. I brought my car in last week to have t checked and I was told by my SA that it's normal. We looked at all the X5 on the lot (5.0, 3.5, and 3.5d) and suprisingly all were the same.

Has anyone ran into thisissue? if so how did you remedy it? I'm going to call BMW NA and ask as this is BS paying this much for the truck and having simple quality issues like this. I will update with pictures soon. Thanks

PS: the front windows were crooked too but changing the window guides fixed the issue.

Are you talking about rear door upper window rubber strip or side back solid window rubber strip ?
