Smart move. Where ever I go, I park as far away as possible from everyone else.

Sometimes, if I have a passenger, they either laugh at me, or get upset because they have to take a little walk.

I usually just drop them off first if i know they will complain, they just dont understand there are crazy wacko people out there, and alot of them own mercs haha

+1 my wife sometimes ask me to leave her at the door and go park by myself.....lol

Whats up with that? That always happens to me... I park at the back of the parking lot just to avoid other cars, but somehow another car finds his/her way next to mine... That's why i recently installed a dashboard cam that i can spin 360 degrees and leave it on even if the car isn't running

And when there is no choice other than park between 2 cars, i take a picture of both license plates just in case...

What type of camera is that? Sounds like a nice gadget....

HAHA good idea!
And its just a normal Dashboard DVR, i bought it for $70, its great! Ive cought so many mishaps like people stuck in snow or people spinning out, and even people crashing into one another. The dashboard cam is a must, you should consider it.

Do you have any pics of your dashboard cam and mounting location? I am thinking of installing one as well but I do not want to start drilling holes or making the dash area look cluttered.

Denaliman here you go buddy. Theres not much clutter. That was one of the things i was concerned with before i bought it. I feel its very necessary. If anything happens, this in a way is a protection for you

Thanks for the pics. Did you hardwire or does it use batteries? I don't want to attract a smash and grab either. What brand did you buy?

Np. and it uses a internal battery. It comes with a charger that you plug into your AC jack. You can leave it charging, so when the car turns on while it's plugged in, it turns on for you and starts recording. Also you can turn it on when it's not charging, so if you want it to record while parked, you can do that too. I forgot what brand it is, but it's the exact same model as the RCS dashcam. You can probably get one at your local electronic store, or ebay/amazon. I got mine for around $70 and it works perfect. Hope this helps, good luck!
