08 3.0 1500-2200 RPM hesitation (transfer case)

I believe my transfer case has a problem, once it worms up it starts hesitating under light excleration.
I replaced the fluid and tried to rest it with my Foxwell 510 and it’s not letting me. Says it has a code, only code I’m getting is the worn fluid.
Not sure what my next step is, any advice would be appreciated
