2012 X%M what issues ???

Looking at a 2012 x5m.. w/90K what common issues should I expect...

ccv tubes broken
Pcv tubes broken
Clogged oil return lines
Oil return line block failed gasket
Coolant line y connector broken
Vacuum pump leaking
Leaking airbags on rear suspension
Leaking oil pan gasket (upper and lower)
Leaking oil cooler lines (not sure if this is common, but I think mine are leaking now)
