Please help! Where this terminal is connected to?

2011 BMW X5 X35i
I can't really recall where this terminal in the picture is connected. I took some pictures but none captured where is connected. Any help is greatly appreciated

Gabriel,

I recently replace the starter for my 2011 X5 3.5i. Looks like your intake is out, I see your starter and DME removed from intake. I searched for connectivity for that wire, as I didn't remove for my task. I can send you more pics if you haven't resolve.

I believed I figured it out, it's a ground that goes connected to the back of cylinder head. I bought this X5 with a bad engine and it's been about 3 months since I took engine out to rebuilt it. I've been working on it when I have a chance. I'm hoping to finish and start it this week
