X7 error codes

Hello,from 1 week i have this errors that came suddently and i can't solve it
The main error is oil sensor wich i change and still i have this error,all came after i change my bad alternator,i recharge the baterry and then i test it on a battery shop and it.s also good what i noticed is that every mornin when i start the car i find the date and time reset,and it looks strange to me,anybody have any ideea about this?

Not too familiar with this, but did you register or reregister the battery after that? Might be the issue.
