BMW X5M Cyllinder wall scoring/damage

Hi guys,
As an ex BMW tech decided to go with random 2011 X5M. Everything works perfect, got it too short to determine oil consumption and anything to worry about. Just curious removed spark plugs to check cylinder walls and overall condition of the vehicle. Car has 150k km and one of the cylinders 6 or 7 not sure has some significant scoring at the top. I will not mention all cylinders have wear and carbon mess everywhere. Is this a big deal, how does your internal components look like?

I was planning to do rod bearings and piston rings, ane anything else needed, but this kind of put me down.

Is there anyone fixing it, I am able to rebuild engine, but damaged cylinder wall means junk engine block to me...

PS. I will buy any good block even with scored crankshaft.
