Engine Codes 25A0 and P112F after Valve Cover, OFHG and Intake Valve Cleaning

Hello all, ive developed these codes after doing the above work, Valve Cover, OFHG and Intake Valve Cleaning, on my 2011 X5 N55. Im pretty sure they were not present before my work. In the process i disconnected the battery, removed all charge pipes and intake manifold, then re installed everything, also replacing Spark Plugs and Coils. Has anyone had this happen and how should i troubleshoot? TY

Get a real code scanner for BMW hex codes.

My guess is you missed a connection somewhere. Either a hose or electrical. It happens to the best of us.

Ive checked all connections and look good. from my research next step is a smoke test but not sure which tool to use. also as far as BMW code readers, which do you recommend?

I built a smoke tester out of a pickle jar, soldering iron, bic pen, and a bike pump. Super easy and dirt cheap.

For code readers the easiest option is protools. The best option is a laptop and ISTA/INPA.

So i built my smoke machine, will test intake and engine tomorrow. My code reader is an Innova 6100 P. It has enhanced BMW capabilities with live data and put out codes 28A0-Absent-Air Mass System Plausibility, calculated airmasses in the air intake system implausible and 29D8- Intake air temperature -Charge air temperature comparison , Intake Air Temperature too high. Does anyone have another spot to start troubleshooting besides smoke test for leaks?
