Sport Gauges

Hi All,
I am currently driving a 328i loaner while my '11 X5 50 (Stage II Dinan) is in for some biddness. I found the coolest feature! When in "Sport Mode", you can display these Sport Gauges that gives you a constant read on current horsepower and torque. A few questions: Are these gauges pretty accurate? Are they now available on X5s? And can the software/technology be installed on my '11?

I highly doubt that it will work on your X5. Maybe the new F15 might have something similar, but backwards compatibility is not likely.
