Passenger side wiper doesn't fully sit home?

Is this normal? The passenger side wiper arm comes above the black heated strip and sits on the windshield a little and sits a little slanted. 2011 X5 35i Premium.

Well, I just went out to the garage and checked my 08 and it is just half an inch lower than on your pictures. It is flush agaist the black part of the window and I do not see the clear glass

Thanks for the reply! Guess it's not a huge problem then. I will tell them to take a look it at one day as I'm passing by the dealer.

Its normal. Mine does that too looks like a minor flaw in the arm angle to me as adjusting won't get it level just further down.

Thanks everyone! No need to make stop by then. Was thinking the wiper arm was messed up.
