Gearbox issue

I have a 2010 X6 50i with 57000Km (35000 miles) and in the last month I have noticed that the gearbox has become pretty rough when shifting from first to second when cold. It even slipped a little on one occasion.
It is at the dealer now but it is fairly intermittent so I'm sure it won't happen for them.

Just wondering if anyone else has heard of or experienced similar?

Best of luck to you. The only thing they can do is drive it and read the adaptations out and send in a case to see if anything is out of whack. It is part of the emissions related programming to shift gears different when cold to get the engine temp up. Most wont bother trying to remedy a cold-running issue because of it.
