Just spoke with my dealer and she said to get the credit for 2010 you have to have a production # for an '10 model by Aug 31 2009. Sounds like if you want the credit you need to go ahead and lock in an order. I got a Nov build.

Yes - So, go to the dealer, build/order the vehicle exactly the way you want it, agree on price, then apply the $4,500 rebate, sign the paperwork, and it will show up in October or November. I just did this with a great dealer in NYC at INVOICE plus the rebate for about $8,500 off sticker plus the $1,800 tax credit from Obama.
