iPhone 5s y Cable?

Anyone know a reputable vendor to get an iphone 5s y cable (usb and aux on one end)? i suppose i could buy it from the dealer and get raped in the process.

If you don't buy OEM I'd be careful which cable you get. Hopefully some others can chime in with specific cables that might work, but I know people who went the eBay route and the cables did not work and/or enable full functionality.

The OEM cable is pretty ridiculously priced but it's a 1 time purchase and you know it will work. Buying online will also likely save you some $ over your local dealer.

i did more research and i dont think i need a y cable. the usb connection with 8 pin on the other end charges and i was able to play pandora which is what i wanted. so essentially the same cable i use to charge in the house works. so i think im done.

Yep, you'll be done. When we had our '12 X3, the dealer tried to tell us we'd need to buy the cable, but using the Apple charge cable, the phone charged and played everything needed.

Just use the lightning adapter on your y cable for full functionality.

This is an option but with his MY '13, he doesn't need the Y-cable at all. That cable is bulky and too short...
