a very limited amount need no flanges and are slip on. from what i heard it was mostly 2013. ar doesn't even know which need no flanges, you have to crawl under and take a look. you can't use the flangeless on a flanged system, unless you do some custom exhaust work.

Interesting... I'll have to see if my 2013 needs flanges or not.
Whats the advantage to having downpipes with a converter vs staying oe? I thought the point was to free up the flow for power gains. I didn't know this was even an option. |

I believe you're getting a high-flow cat with the aftermarket one's. It's basically an in-between of OEM and catless.
