NEW OWNER!

Hey everyone!

I just picked up a 2012 X5 50i. CPO. Thought I would share a pic. I got them to throw in the tow hitch, which is a requirement for me, and am picking it up tonight! Can't wait!

right away i will get ride of the front orange deflectors. Then I was looking to upgrade the steering wheel to the M one with paddles. I have the sports wheel except no paddles. From everything I have researched everything should work with the switch. It seems you need sport package with an 8 speed transmission for it to work.

Very nice! I just got mine delivered this week, nearly an exact twin! Surprised yours didn't come with paddles though, I thought they all did with the Sport Activity pack in 2012.

Pre October '11 builds did not come with paddles. Mine is a June build.

Let me know if you find a good source for clear front reflectors. I've found a bunch, but none for our particular model.

This looks like what we need. I'm going to order them. I'll report back if they are correct.
