about to make a deal...please help?

Can anyone help me determine what my lease payment should be? I'm hoping to make a deal this evening.

Lease is on an X5SAV with an MSRP of $63,575. Negotiated sales price is $58380 plus I have the $2500 holiday credit, as well as $3000 in customer goodwill cash from BMW for my previous car I had issues with. Sales price should come to $52,880. MF is .00200 and Residual is 56%. This would be a 36 month 12K miles per year lease. I'm planning on paying taxes and tags up front. Really not sure how to calculate this...any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is the Destination Charge, MACO and Training/Service fee included into the negotiated sales price? Or is it a "Net Total"?
