Spacers and hub size

Hello all,
I'm looking to put spacers on my X, I've got OEM 19"s, not lowered. I have been told that with my M Sport my front and rear hubs may be different, they are different on the M's. Any recommendation on spacer and hub size, I'd most likely go with 12mm on the front and 20mm on the back. Thanks.

Msport isn't an M.

74.1 is your front and rear hub. 15MM front and 20MM rear are a perfect flush fit on an Msport with OEM 20's. I run those and wouldn't change them one bit.

+1

I had to bore out the rear hubs of my M wheels to fit on my M Sport.

Can't comment on Hub fitment, but I'll say for spacer size, I'd always measure and see what I need for what you're trying to achieve rather than relying on someone on the internet telling you what size to use..

Thanks Dustin, I am fully aware that an M sport isn't an M, love the look but didn't have the additional 30k just lying around. I've been told that my hub size is the same as an M from ECS and Turner, 74mm front and 72.5 rear. I took measurements of my wheels/fender gap and what I came up with is 3/4 front and 7/8 rear which puts me in the 12mm F and 20mm R zone. Just wanted to confirm that fact from our knowledgeable friends. BTW I've got 245's in the front and 285's in the back on 19's

Make sure you get longer wheel bolts with the spacers.

My 2011 m sport has the 19" 223 style wheel and i've been looking for 333, but can't find any for a good price. I came across the 300 and 299 sets locally, but i believe the rear wheels need to be bored a mm or two larger in order to fit my hubs. Can you confirm how much you bored the rear wheels?

Any other input is appreciated.

It's about a 1.5mm difference, but the best thing to do is take both rear wheels and one of the fronts into a shop that does CNC machining. They can then easily use the front hub size as a template for the rears.
