WTB : E70 (or F10 6mt, or E39/E60 M5, or...)
Hello, everyone! A new addition to the family means we've outgrown the back seat of our E90. Despite loving the driving experience of the 3-series, I find myself in search of a more practical and family friendly vehicle. My budget is firmly capped at $21k, as a new family member entails new financial commitments. I am in central VA (Charlottesville) and would prefer to find something within driving distance. However, I'm not completely opposed to something further away if it fits the bill perfectly. I would happily consider trades for my CPO 2011 335i Sport w/47,000mi. I'm looking for any of the following: + E70 > 3.5i, 3.5d, 4.8i, 5.0i > With cold weather package, prefer post-LCI + F10 > 535i, 535d or 550i (or any x-drive equivalent) > With 6MT and sport package (prefer M-Sport) + E39 > M5 > 2001 or newer > Low(ish) mileage + E60 > M5, 550i M-sport > Under 100k miles > Prefer 6MT Let me know what you have! Thanks! Will |

Post LCI might be tough for an E70 at $21K... If you do find one, they usually will be pushing 100K miles and won't be outfitted with any decent options.

I wish you luck, but doubt you'll find much in that price range. Better up your budget, or lower your expectations if you want an LCI X5. And really, if you did find an LCI X5 in that price range, make sure you have some spare cash for repairs/maintenance, as it's sure to be a high mileage example. And likely minimally optioned... |
