x5m rear trim ruined?

: I wash my truck almost every day since i live in a city where the weather is nice only 6 months a year and the other 6months im washing salt off it.I live on a street thats doing major road construction so i cant avoid it .But after todays wash i noticed this...

(check pics) can someone give me a tip to remove it so i can get 3m installed..its on both rear fenders....

is that dirt or scratches/chips. if its dirt soak it was good car soap, (i uses Adams polishes products)

if it is chips then you will have to repaint and then apply 3M.

sad to say its almost at the paint but its chipped up the clearcoat really bad. so yeah i think im gonna have to repaint and 3m the entire bottom trim front to back.. odd thing is there is no other spot than the 2 rear sides

Known Issue!!

Please do not spend a nickle and call your dealer and BMWNA and have pay for this flaw...Should have informed you to 3M the area

Did anyone have the dealer pay for it? i have the best warranty possible i paid a lot to make sure it covers extra shit so i don't have to worry about costs for along time...what could i say to bmw dealer? i live in an area where i didn't purchase it from .. should i contact bmwna instead? any info would be nice.

BMWNA is fixing my rock chips.. i have it there for a camera fix and an insurance claim cause someone hit me on my wheel and it broke the tie-rod so i said WTF this isn't what i paid for it took a few days of asking what was up with them covering it or not but they said they would...
