Feel my X6 is jumpy....
When my wife started driving on Sunday morning the first thing she told me was that the car feels funny...I was like, "wth?" ..she said it feels like the rear wheels will fly off...
later on in the day I started driving it and it felt a bit jumpy and unstable at times..I activated the SPORT button and it felt a little better....my tpms is working just fine...and the car has less than 2K miles on it....it doesnt pull in any direction and drives straight (not an allignement issue) ..but at times it feels like its weird....jumpy, but I have never experienced this problem before...wondering if anyone else has experienced this or can advice if I need to do anything....thanks |

Did you put in a lower grade or lower quality of fuel this fill up from last? Maybe a different gas station?

I cant remember very accurately but when I come to think of it that might be true, I usually fill up from either Sunoco or BP but I think the day before this I filled up at a generic gas station (A1, I think) but I did like always get 91 octane.....

The only reason I mention this is because in my 3 Series I always filled up with Petro-Canada 91. When I was driving to Vancouver I came across a situation where I could only fill up at ESSO. I did. Then my car started to feel jumpy like yours. After I got back to the usual Petro-Canada the car went back to normal. I'm not saying ESSO is less quality. I just think our cars get used to a certain brand of fuel when fuled at the same location. Hope your vehicle returns to normal!
