X5M spare tire kit part numbers validation

First of all, I apologize for a somewhat duplicate post - several posters were wondering about the same thing earlier (and got some information). However, the info they got was incomplete.

Long story short, the idiots at the dealer still managed to order my X5M incorrectly and forgot to check the "spare tire" factory option. All of this was after 20+ emails back and forth, filling out forms, sending configuration screenshots from BMW web site, etc. Fortunately, they made me confirm my desired list of options in writing (about 5 times) so I at least have a written proof that they f'ed up. Having said that, they are somewhat willing to pay for necessary parts to get the spare tire kit, but they now claim they dont know what part numbers are and/or cannot find them. The response I am getting is "if you want it, try to find it yourself".

So I spent an evening reading multiple resources on the Internet (including this site) and was able to compile what I hope to be a full list of part numbers for the ENTIRE kit as it comes from the factory. Now all I need is someone with access to BMW parts system to confirm my part numbers and tell me if anything is missing.

A.) The rim:
