DIY Spark Plug Change for N55 X5 3.5i

Hi Folks. Unfortunately, this thread won't tell you how to do it yourself. Rather, it's a cautionary tale should you attempt it. The front three spark plugs are easy to replace-simply remove the engine cover and top of the air intake. Unfortunately, the rear three spark plugs require removing the remainder of the air intake, including a pipe which has several wires and sensors attached. I got concerned about all the potential plastic destruction involved with removing all of these attachments, so I stopped after changing the front three spark plugs. Luckily, my Indy offered to handle the rest. No wonder why the only N55 DIY out there is for a 3-series, which has a different layout than in the X5.
