Experience with EBC RedStuff Pads on X5M
Is onions running EBC RedStuff pads? How do they work on the X5? I'm looking for a low dust pad with stock like brake feel.

Red's are usually the heavy duty versions from EBC.
I'm quite happy my new posi quiet pads that came from Centric. Not sure what it replaced (I think stock), but it was a huge reduction in dust. |

Textar (OEM) pads will have more initial bite than any other aftermarket pad out there plain and simple. I've tried a few brands and the braking power of the OEM pads just can't be beat. My point is if you are looking for same performance as OEM but with less dust, frankly it doesn't exist. Less dust means a harder compound so the trade off will be a little bit of performance. I have heard good things about Akebono however no personal experience as of yet.
