x5 pricing

i'm in the market for a new x5 35i premium...i've never shopped for an x5 before (it's for my wife) and i was a little shocked to find out that my local dealer (bmw of fairfax -- one of the largest on the easy coast) literally doesn't have a single x5 35i on the lot (in fact they only have one allocation available that isn't already sold)...so basically, unless i'm able to find a used 2011 with the options i want, my only choice will be to place an order...

anyway, i haven't really started negotiating with any dealers yet...before i do, i'm wondering what others are paying for x5s these days?...any info on leases (residuals/money factors) and loyalty incentives would be very helpful as well (i didn't some searching on the forum prior to posting this but couldn't find anything really current)...tia!

I got mine for 300 below invoice but had to travel 40 miles from home. Closest dealer won't go below 1000 above invoice.
You can find the lease rates from here:
http://www.ridewithg.com/index.php/2...-october-2011/

Last month there was a 1730 Nav credit on all X5s except for 50i -- on top of the negotiated price.

so after the nav credit you were at $2030 below invoice?...that's pretty awesome...i think there's a $1k loyalty credit as well (for current bmwfs customers)?

so far the two dealer's i have quotes from are both sitting at $1k above invoice...the nav credit ($1730) and loyalty discount ($1k or a .0003% discount in money factor) are both still in effect, taking the net cost to $1730 below invoice (not including tax, tags, and dealer processing)...for now, i'm holding out for a better deal...

I shopped locally for my 2012 X5 50i. I ended up using http://www.truecar.com/ to buy. I was very pleased. My dealer is about 50 miles north of me; but, I paid exactly what was shown on Truecar's website. No additional costs were added.

On a 2012, X5 V8 with MSRP around $75,500, I negotiated $7500 off MSRP. I ended up getting a 2011 X5M instead.

My car's MSRP including destination, minus Adaptive drive, cold weather, no multi contour seats but 20 inch rims, was around 64K .
I am with BMW loyalty program so do get another 1K off, so my car is coming out to be 55.3K plus tax titles etc. I think around 62K or so, so where did I made cuts and differences.
