How to remove fog light trim bars

Hi guys. I am trying to remove fog light trim bars (number 7) from my 2010 x6 35d. Does anyone know how to remove it? Thanks |

They just pull off, there are tabs the fit into the screen but easy to put on and off. The screen may come with them too but the screens and the trim just pop in and out.

first pic is with flash so you can see the shifters.
second without they blend in pretty good. I went with matt. |

Black mesh and spare set of these fog inserts ordered. Gonna pain the fogs inserts and go after the black out look. Does anybody know if it is easy to replace the mesh in the front bumper? Do I have to take off the bumper?
