Engine Cover
Ok , this may sound really dumb, but I have a 2013 x5d the engine cover is very boring 'looking' (black /silver) the 2014 has the twin power turbo and has a bit more flair. does anyone know if a 2014 will fit a 2013? and/or how much it costs?

You can go here to look up prices, or email them. Their prices are pretty good online for OEM parts.
http://www.faulknerbmwpartssource.com/ Whether it fits or not, is a question you'll probably need to do to a dealer, pop the hood and make an educated guess if it'll fit. If not, I'm sure you could possibly make it fit. Of course there are wraps and laminates you could use to dress up your existing cover. Even high temp paints.

I'm not 19 or anything and want a jazzy engine cover, just think the new covers actually say twin power- which is kinda neat and what we have in a 2013 =) |
