Strut bolts torque?

Anybody know what the proper torque specs are for the start bolts there on top under the hood? It's a 2013 328i RWD if that makes any difference.

I'm curious to know if it really needs to be properly torqued down, I usually hand torque without a torque wrench.

I didn't really think so either until about 6 days after installing springs, it creaks like crazy when I turn the steering wheel. I'm just hoping that I can loosen them up a bit and that'll take care of this horrid noise.
