Got some CF pieces I want to talk about..
These arrived today from the Peoples Republic. I am only sharing as I want you to know that if you were on the fence about buying eBay pieces, you don't have to be. We test fitted the parts today and they are as close to perfect as possible. The only difference I can see between these and the Vorsteiner set is the yellow sticker. Even my Vorsteiner parts had fitment problems, and it's been a while since then but I'm fairly certain I would not be able to tell the difference if you laid them side by side. The "CF" is a nice graphite color and no trace of yellow/orange from a cheap resin.
I've been around for a while and modded some sweet cars, this seller has my stamp of approval. Shipping was as good as can be expected for such a long journey and the parts arrived in perfect condition. The true test will be at the install tomorrow but I'm confident it will be a success. |

I ordered from these guys, my price was $1300 for everything shipped as a repeat customer. Let me know if you are interested in ordering and I will just shoot guy an email and see if he'll extend the discount. I will post pics of the installed product tomorrow!

I bought the same one from CnJ. Mine looks awesome and I can't complain about the price either.
I got in early, so I got mine for around $600/shipped |

I had it professionally installed. The rear fitment is 90%, the front not so much. It was a PITA from what the installer said. On the car it looks $. You'll never know the hell someone went through to install the parts.
The front lip, on the top portion that meets the bumper does not fit properly. It sags and creates a bowl like shape. This is what had to be done: All in all, for the price you can't beat it. It gives the car a Jeep SRT stance type look. Real beefy. |

Parts look good, nicely done... I'm curious, how long did shipping take? I still prefer the OEM BMW Performance front splitter, but I am really intrigued by the rear diffuser...

I'm trying to stay off the boards. MBWorld cost me thousands in unnecessary mods. I remember when I had my first E55, I didn't even belong to a forum and the car was fine on its own. The moment I joined mbworld my priorities changed in an irreversible way.
For now, I think I'm done. We got the tune to make her fast, the eisenmann to make her purr, and the carbon bits to give her that vulgarity she so deserved. Subject to change. |
