Help with Diminished Value Appraisal

Hello all:

A friend of mine has a 2011 X6 35i and, unfortunately, it's been hit twice. Once while parked, once when a parked car pulled out onto the street.

My friend would like to file a diminished value claim with the insurance co. Anyone recommend a good adjuster in the DC area?
