Car sticks in 3rd gear

Hey All,

I have a 2012 35i. Twice now the car has been getting stuck in 3rd gear while in Auto mode. I can floor it and it revs slowly to about 4500 and stays there, refusing to change gears. Even putting it in manual mode does not help. Switching gears up or down, car will still not rev past 4500. Only thing that seems to fix it is to tun car off then on again. Anyone else experience anything similar?

PS - I hate this car. I almost wish the engine would blow so I can get another M3.

It is my first truck as well (came from a M5). I'm still having a hard time getting used to it (a lot easier when it snows or the weather is crappy out).

Yea the new M5 in AWD might just take car of both our problems
