new clicking noise (no its not in the engine bay)

Just noticed this today. Washed the car. It was sitting on the driveway for about an hour. After I finished I pulled into the garage and turned it off. Then I noticed this weird ticking sound from somewhere underneath toward the rear wheels, maybe more on the driver side. It went away after a few minutes. It couldn't have been from heat because I drive it literally 20 ft. Any idea what this is? I've never heard it before.
