Please advise, best software to code 4.8is??

I will be changing many things on the 4.8is. What is the best software that allows the ability to code the ecm and bcm?

I would like the ability to change parameters, delete functions, delete pids, etc.

I see alot of software out there and dont want to be uninformed and buy the wrong stuff.
