Jason, thanks for keeping the same db across all the sites!
Im now starting to look into the future of my next car. I really like the new X5. How do the US made cars compare to the euro made cars? I would love the new M, but its going to be too much. The E92 335 is great, but not really a change from my E90. Besides, I have my Gixxer for the speed frills that even the M3 wont be able to surpass...

The wife has an '05 X5 4.8is. Imola Red/Black. A few weeks ago we ordered a '07 X5 4.8is. Black/Brown. We should have it in July.
For what I have, read signature below.

I have a 06 4.8is and the wife has the 335i. The X5 replaced my 04 cheby diesel- I just didnt need the big ole pick up-funny I buy a diesel and kerosene goes up to $3 a gallon, then I sell it and get a X5 and diesel drops and premium gas goes up to $3.50 damn gas companies.

I just sat in the new X5. At first, I couldn't figure out how to open the new glove compartment. It has upper and lower clamshell-like doors that open, and give access to an area that would be ideal for mounting an LCD monitor and DVD player.

I personally do not own one, but my family keeps it "in the family". They're on their third X5... the newest one replaced an '05 LeMans 4.8is.... I loved driving that car when I came home for the holidays.

I'm excitedly waiting for my white '08 X5 in March/April. I thought I was gonna part with my E90 325 but hate to miss its unique superb drive feel, which I won't get from the X5. So I may keep it for a while, perhaps trading it with a Mini later on.
