I'm curious about the ride quality of these as well. I did BC Racing coilovers on my E53 and they were great while only costing $950 shipped. I retained my self levelling by making my own lowering links since the rear is both a shock/spring and airbags.

I can get these D2 Racing coilovers for $1000 shipped, but there seems to be confusion about if these can be used on a vehicle with self leveling. Is a self leveling X5M airbags only in the rear? My car has a questionable past history (K&N filters, someone's cut and rewelded the muffler w/o hooking up the exhaust valves, custom wheels and maybe springs up front (I can't see anything written on them)) and what I'm going to assume aren't factory links in the rear.
OP, since you've sold these, I'd love an honest opinion.

Bump for a reply from Rediculous. Here's a video of me driving my E53 X5 for Bimmerfest. Was a little more bumpy, which is expected from being lowered, but not bone jarring or uncomfortable...I tightened it up for BMW meets, then went full soft for DD purposes.
